2. Eligibility

• Students under 18 must use the platform under parental supervision.

• Only accurate information must be submitted during registration.

3. Global Service Availability

CuriousWings provides tutoring services across:

• United Kingdom

• Australia

• Singapore

• India

Local laws and education guidelines may apply based on your region.

4. Class Scheduling & Attendance

• Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling allowed at least 4–5 hours before the session.

• Missed sessions without notice count as completed.

• Tutors may reschedule due to emergencies.

5. Pricing, Billing & Refunds

• All prices are shown in USD / GBP / AUD / SGD / INR depending on region.

• Payments are made securely via approved gateways.

• Refunds follow our Refund Policy section.

• Promotions or offers cannot be clubbed unless stated.

6. User Conduct Rules

You agree NOT to:

• Record, screenshot, or share class content without permission

• Harass tutors or other students

• Use abusive, harmful, or discriminatory language

• Encourage cheating or academic dishonesty

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including worksheets, videos, teaching material, notes, assessments, and branding belong exclusively to CuriousWings.
